The National Examinations Council (NECO) has expanded its global presence by accrediting additional schools in Equatorial Guinea, including those in Bata, to administer the Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) and Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). This move, part of NECO's strategy to enhance its international footprint, involves rigorous assessments of school facilities and readiness. Already recognized in countries such as Benin, Niger, Ivory Coast, Togo, and Saudi Arabia, NECO aims to become a leading African examination body, promoting quality education and opportunities for students worldwide.
